Through-beam Edge Measurement Sensor

The MLCS10 series of opposing-edge measurement sensors utilize CMOS photoelectric elements to achieve high-precision edge position detection.

The display control unit DU06 module is equipped with a high-visibility OLED display. It can simultaneously connect two sets of MLCS10 alignment sensors and measure cylindrical workpieces with an outer diameter of 10mm or larger. Additionally, it can connect two LDS series displacement sensors to measure the thickness of strips and sheets.
